A study by Murray Consulting Group published by INMAN REAL ESTATE NEWS indicated that consumers increasingly look for firms that offer packaged services and also report a higher level of satisfaction with those firms that offer the convenience of one-stop shopping. Most importantly, “consumers rated their home buying satisfaction higher when they were able to use a one-stop shopping source than when they did not have access to such an offering.”

The INMAN NEWS article concludes “real estate firms have a great opportunity to improve relationships with consumers by offering true one-stop shopping packages where these services improve convenience, access and price for the consumer. Consumer satisfaction rises where such offerings are made.
