The RE Consumer’s Choice™ program was designed as a turnkey operating system to provide real estate brokers the opportunity to offer one-stop shopping services to their agents and their clients. These services include Transaction and Vendor Management which can be provided through cutting-edge telecommunications services.

Unlike other one-stop shopping programs, RE Consumer’s Choice™ takes an active role in managing the transaction and the vendor management process allowing the real estate broker to concentrate on their core business of operating a real estate company. RE Consumer’s Choice™ administers the ancillary service side of the business to generate revenues for the broker. Working together, the broker and RE Consumer’s Choice™ can offer the broker’s clients the finest real estate services and create “Customers for Life” for the broker.

Consumer’s Choice™ provides a complete package of services that include:
  • Identifying vendors and signing vendor agreements.

  • Complete training on the Transaction and Vendor management programs.

  • On going management and coordination of the Transaction and Vendor programs.

  • Training of management, agents and staff to recognize the benefits of one-stop shopping and how to best integrate the programs into their real estate operations.

  • Marketing materials to showcase the benefits of one-stop shopping to the client community and public relations press releases for the local media extolling the consumer benefits being provided by the real estate company.

  • Detailed monthly reports of transaction activity and vendor revenue generation, and the responsibility of billing and collection of vendor payments.

  • Compliance with all RESPA issues in accordance with the DRE, DOC and DOI.
